UPDATE
My sister was approved for lung transplant & will go on the list today. I know you've been praying for God's will and she is overwhelmed with appreciation for my church family & their prayers. Thank you my dear brother and sisters in Christ for praying. Debbie
1.11.22
My sister Mary's doctor team meets this evening to discuss her case again. She hasn't been given much hope as the lung doctor said they "won't waste a lung" if she is too high risk. She is very high risk but we are praying for God's will and ask that you join us. Rick was seen by a specialist yesterday and they are giving a limited clinical assessment as Primary Progressive Nonfluent Aphasia or Corticobasal Degeneration. The doctor felt he has overlapping problems and some that are complications from his stroke. Pray we stay in today and we navigate each day with "the next right decision" mentality. Pray Rick's spirit to be at peace. These are sad times but God remains good, faithful, and ours. We are blessed. Your sister in Christ, Debbie Alexander

Dear Friends, My sister Mary was surprisingly released from U of M Hospital and referred to Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids. Come to find out, Spectrum has completed more transplants than U of M this past year so the Spectrum team has been reviewing her case. On Wednesday, 11-24-21, she goes in for consultation and evaluation. This is a big meeting and I'm asking you to pray that every set of eyes on her medical file will be given Godly wisdom in their decisions regarding her care. Thank you, Your sister in Christ, Debbie Alexander
